About SOOT
With a long list of culinary background - our chef opened up his first restaurant in Jeju Island. He was inspired in Jeju to create a health conscious, yet tasty Korean style chicken. He poured all his passion into the flames and fire of charcoal.
Thus, was created the perfect barbecue - the smokiest and tastiest barbecue out there. He still to this day remains authentic to the Korean style, yet innovative with his secret recipe of our signature sauce.
